An open competition for a water research campus in Utrecht, mixing wet laboratories with a route the public is meant to use daily.
We lifted the laboratories one level. The ground floor became a covered street with the workshops and teaching spaces on it, so the public route never has to negotiate a controlled door.
Won the competition in 2024. Currently in design development for a 2027 start on site.
