Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Rawform Architecten collects through rawform.studio, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We collect as little as we can and we do not sell any of it.
Who we are

What we collect
Only what you send us. If you complete the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, organisation, the site or address you mention, the project type and budget range you select, and your message. If you email or call us directly we hold that correspondence.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and, where a project proceeds, to administer the appointment. That is the entire purpose. We do not build marketing profiles and we do not run a newsletter.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twenty-four months. Project correspondence is retained for seven years after practical completion, which is the period Dutch professional liability and tax law requires of us.
Who else sees it
Our email and hosting providers process data on our behalf under contract. We do not share enquiry data with any other third party, and we do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We use privacy-preserving, aggregate analytics that record page views without identifying individual visitors and without storing a cookie on your device.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing of it. Write to studio@rawform.studio and we will respond within thirty days. You may also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing enquirers will be notified by email.
